Maintenance
Clean the external parts of the product.
To ensure safe operation, verify that the trigger and front
handle safety switch are functioning correctly.
Make sure that all controls are in working order and are
not damaged.
Inspect the blade and blade guard for signs of damage,
such as cracks. Replace the blade or the blade guard if
they have cracks or if they have been exposed to impact.
Replace the blade if it is bent or damaged.
Inspect the hand guard for signs of damage, such as
cracks. Replace the guard if it is damaged.
Make sure that the screws and nuts are tight.
Make sure that the battery is not damaged.
Make sure that the battery is charged.
Make sure that the battery charger is not damaged.
Make sure that the screws holding the blades together
are properly tightened.
Perform a thorough check of the connection between
the battery and the product. Additionally, examine the
connection between the battery and the battery charger.
5.2
EXAMINE THE BLADES
1. Before and after each use, clean the blades using an anti-corrosion cleaning agent to remove any unwanted
materials.
2. Inspect the edges of the blade for any signs of damage or deformation.
3. Use a file to eliminate any burrs on the blade.
4. Ensure that there are no obstacles impeding the movement of the blades.

LUBRICATE THE BLADE

To increase the efficiency and life of the blade, lubricate the blade carefully after each work session:
Do not oil the blade while the hedge trimmer is running.
Put the machine on a flat and smooth surface.
Use a soft cloth to clean the blade and a brush to remove more dirt.
Use a light layer of oil to lubricate the blade along the top edge of the blade.
Note: We recommend to use the non-pollutant type oil.
5.4
EXAMINE THE BATTERY AND THE BATTERY CHARGER
Carefully inspect the battery, battery charger, and connection cord of the battery charger for any signs of damage,
such as cracks or broken parts. Replace if necessary.
