Upon submitting proof of purchase andevidenceof the claimedproduct failure, and subjectto reporting the failure in a timely manner. Keter,at its solediscretion,will
replace defectiveparts of the Product,or refundyou a prorated portion of the purchase price on a straight line depreciatedbasisfor the length of the warranty.
