You can select the unit in which weight is to be displayed.

CAUTION!
Patient hazard
To prevent misinterpretations, measuring results for
medical purposes must only be displayed and used
in SI units (kilograms/grams, meters/centimeters).
► Only use the measuring results in SI units.
► You as the user take sole responsibility for the
use of measuring results in non-SI units.
1. Press the
ð The current weight unit (in this case kg) will be dis-
played.
2. Press the
ð The unit is switched (in this case lbs).
3. To switch between pounds and stones, keep the
kg/lbs/sts
ð The unit is switched (in this case sts).
WARNING!
Electric shock
The device is not de-energized when the on/off
button is pressed and the display goes out. Use of
fluids on the device may cause an electric shock.
► Before each hygiene treatment, ensure that the
device is switched off.
► Disconnect the power supply connector before
each hygiene treatment.
► Take the batteries out of the device before every
hygiene treatment.
► Ensure that no fluids penetrate the device.
