Functional description
The electronic flat scale supports physicians in decision-
making regarding diagnosis or therapy, based on the pa-
tient's weight or weight changes.
The device may only be used by persons with sufficient
expertise.
The scale is intended for persons of any age who can
stand independently on the scale and who do not exceed
the maximum weight capacity of the scale.
No contraindications are known.
The electronic flat scale supports physicians in decision-
making regarding diagnosis or therapy, based on the
measured weight.
By that, the electronic flat scale only provides an indirect
clinical benefit.
The physician must perform additional examinations for an
accurate diagnosis.
Weight on this electronic personal scale is detected by
four load cells.
Body Mass Index (BMI) can be calculated from weight and
height. Height is entered manually.
