Soft Effect:
Overall sound level is reduced while the Soft pedal is
depressed. Its function is similar to that of the Soft
pedal on an acoustic piano.
Sostenuto Effect:
By following the procedure described to the right, the
Soft pedal can be changed to a Sostenuto effect.
Sostenuto effect allows you to sustain only the notes
of the keyboard played while the pedal is pressed.
