This is for connecting a cable from the left pedal on the stand, which is used like
the Soft pedal in acoustic pianos. The pedal's function can be switched to produce
a Sostenuto effect. Refer to page 5 for instructions on how this is done.
This is for connecting a cable from the right pedal on the stand, which is used like
the Damper (Sustain) pedal in acoustic pianos.
Usedfor connecting MIDI-compatible instruments and devicessuch assynthesizers
and sequencers. Its function is to sending and receive music signals (data). Equip-
ment is connected using optional MIDl cables.
Used to connect external audio output equipment, such assynthesizers and rhythm
machines, for the purpose of reproducing their sound through the C-7000 speakers.
The front panel volume control adjusts the sound level.
Used to channel sound through your home audio system or optional speakerswith

amplifiers to achieve greater effect, and is connected to the AUX IN con-
nector on your audio system. It is a useful feature for recording your own musical
performances. Sound is adjusted using the master sound control knob on the main
unit.
