TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The vacuum fails to start.
Vacuum power is weak

CAUSE
◾
Battery pack charge is low.
◾
Battery pack is not installed properly.
◾
There is a blockage in the vacuum hose
or the suction inlet.
◾
The filter is clogged by fine dust.
◾
The dust tank is full.
◾
Battery pack charge is low.
◾
The drain port cap is removed from the
dust tank.
◾
The power head assembly is not
installed onto dust tank completely.
◾
Filter is missing or installed incorrectly.
◾
Filter is damaged.
◾
The remote control is not paired with
the vacuum.
◾
The remote control charge is low.
◾
The remote control is damaged.
SOLUTION
◾
Charge the battery pack.
◾
Slide the battery pack onto the vacuum until
it snaps into position.
◾
Check and clear the blockage in the vacuum
hose or the suction inlet.
◾
Clean the filter following the section "FILTER
MAINTENANCE" in this manual.
◾
Empty the dust tank.
◾
Charge the battery pack
◾
Install the drain port cap onto the dust tank.
◾
Ensure the power head assembly is installed
onto the dust tank completely.
◾
Check the filter for correct installation.
◾
Replace with a new filter.
◾
Pair the remote control with the vacuum
following the chapter "Remote Control
Pairing" in this manual.
◾
Charge the remote control.
◾
Use a new remote control and perform the
remote control pairing.
