GENERAL PROCEDURE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Use the troubleshooting table and error codes to find a solution for the problem.
2. Reset the appliance if you are unable to find a solution for the problem. See section Resetting the programme.
3. Contact the Inventum service department when the error code continues to re-appear.

TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

Problem
The appliance does not start.
The dishwasher detergent
reservoir contains residues of
dishwasher detergent.
The appliance contains water
when the programme has
been completed.
The appliance stops during
a programme.l
The appliance makes unusual
noises during a programme.
Food residues remain on the
dishes.

Possible cause
The plug is not connected.
There is a problem with the fuse.
There is not water supply.
The door of the appliance is open.
The appliance is switched off.
The water supply hose and filters are
clogged.
The dishwasher detergent reservoir has
been filled while the reservoir was still wet.
The drain hose is clogged
or twisted.
The filters are clogged.
The programme is not completed.
There is a power interruption.
There is a failure in the water supply.
One of the spray arms makes contact with
the dishes.
The appliance has not been loaded
correctly and the spray arms are unable
to reach all items.
The appliance is not loaded correctly.
The amount of dishwasher detergent is
not enough.
The selected programme is not suitable for
the loaded items.
One of the spray arms is clogged.
The filters are clogged.
The filters are not placed correctly.
The water drain pump is clogged.
Possible solution
Connect the plug.
Check the meter cupboard.
Open the water tap.
Close the door.
Start the appliance.

Make sure the water supply hose
and filters are not clogged.
Make sure you fill the dishwasher detergent
reservoir when it is dry.
• Ensure the drain hose is not clogged.
• Ensure the drain hose is not twisted.
Clean the filters.

Wait until the programme has finished.
A buzzer sounds five times and the
ready indicator lights up when a programme
has finished.
Ensure that there is power.
Ensure that there is water supply.
