PLACING THE APPLIANCE

• Before removing the packaging and placing the appliance, read the warning texts on the packaging.
• Ensure some space around the appliance for easy cleaning.
• Do not place the appliance on the power cord.
• When determining the location of the appliance, select a location where it is easy to load and unload the appliance.
• Do not place the appliance on a location where the temperature can get below 0°C.
• Place the appliance near a water tap and water drain and a power socket. Take into account that connections are not
changed when they are made.
• Do not hold the appliance by the door or control panel to move it.
Caution:
•
Ensure that the water supply and discharge hoses do not get stuck during placement.
• Place the appliance on a safe location with a flat surface.
• Do not place the appliance close to a refrigerator.
• Ensure the appliance is level and in balance by adjusting the feet. A correct placement of the appliance means that the
door can be easily opened and closed.

WATER CONNECTION

• Check that the water system in the house is suitable for installing the appliance.
• Install a filter at the water supply to prevent damage to the appliance as a result of contamination by the water (sand, clay,
rust, etc.).
Warning:

Use the new water supply hose provided with the appliance.
Warning:
•
Allow water to run through the hose before connecting the hose to the appliance.
• The appliance must be connected to the water mains, using the newly provided hose sets.
Do not re-use old hose sets.
Warning: Make sure that you connect the water supply hose directly to the water tap. The pressure of the water
•
tap may be minimum 0.03 MPa and maximum 1 MPa. Install a pressure reduction valve when the pressure is more
than 1 MPa.
Caution:
•
After connecting the appliance, fully open the water tap and check for leaks.
Caution: This appliance has been provided with a double-walled aquastop. The system automatically closes off
•
the water supply when the water supply hose leaks and the space between the walls is filling up with water. Do not
cut into the aquastop and ensure that the aquastop is not twisted or jammed.
• Note: Do not use a drain hose that is longer than 4 metres. If so, the items in the dishwasher will probably not be cleaned.
The manufacturer accepts no liability.
• Take the marking on the appliance into account. If the appliance is provided with the '25' marking, this means that the
water temperature of the cold water may be maximum 25°C.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Warning: Ensure that the plug of the appliance is connected to an earthed socket. The manufacturer is not

responsible for damage resulting from using the appliance with a socket that is not earthed. Only a recognised
electrician is permitted to install an earthed socket, if it is not already present.
• Ensure that the voltage and frequency values for the current correspond with the values on the rating plate.
Warning: The electrical system in your house must have a 10-16 A fuse. The appliance is intended for connection
•
to 220-240 V ~50 Hz.
Description

Drying: The appliance is busy drying.
End: The appliance has finished.
