1. Press the timer button to delay the starting time of a programme. Each time you press the button, the indicator for
the next delay interval lights up.
2. Press the timer button once more to extend the delay of the starting time or to cancel the timer.
3. Press the start/pause button to activate the timer.
The programme starts when the timer finishes.
RESETTING THE PROGRAMME
You can reset the programme while the appliance is in operation.
1. Hold the start/pause button for 3 seconds. The programme step indicator for End flashes.
The water in the appliance is drained off within approximately 30 seconds.
2. Wait until the programme step indicator for End lights up.
3. Press the on/off button to cancel the programme.
SWITCHING THE CHILD LOCK ON AND OFF
Note: When the child lock is activated, you are unable to operate the buttons.
When you press a button, the child lock indicator flashes once.
Switching on the child lock
1. Press the 'energy saving' and timer buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate the child lock.
The child lock indicator lights up.
Switching off the child lock
1. Press the 'energy saving' and timer buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch off the child lock.
The child lock indicator switches off.

STOPPING THE APPLIANCE

Note:
During the drying process, the appliance is standing still for 40 to 45 minutes.
1. Wait until the programme has been completed and the programme step indicator for End lights up.
2. Press the on/off button to switch off the appliance.
After switching off the appliance, you can slightly open the door of the appliance to shorten the drying time.
3. Wait a few minutes before unloading the appliance. The dishes are very hot and could break.
STANDBY SAVE MODE
In addition to the energy saving button, you can save even more energy by activating the standby save mode. By using this
option, the appliance will automatically switch off after 15 minutes.
Note:
The standby save mode is active by default.
1. Open the door.
2. Simultaneously press the programme selection Up button and half load button for 3 seconds.
3. After 3 seconds the last setting is shown:
a. Standby save mode active: all three the programme step indicators – Washing, Drying and End – light up.
After 15 minutes, the appliance switches off when there is no activity.
b. Standby save mode is not active: the programme step indicator Drying lights up. The appliance must be
switched off manually.
4. Simultaneously press the programme selection Up button and half load button for 3 seconds again to change the setting.
5. To save the setting, switch off the appliance with the on/off button.
