Removing the brush (Fig. C)
1. Push the brush support (22) to-
wards the motor head (8).
2. Pull the brush (13, 14) out of the
brush support.
3. Release the brush support.
Adjusting the telescopic
guide rail
Procedure
The telescopic guide rail (6) enables
you to adjust the device to your indi-
vidual height.
1. Loosen the coupling nut (5).
2. Adjust the telescopic guide rail (6)
to the desired length.
3. Retighten the coupling nut.

1. Press the button (18) next to the
charge level indicator button (17)
on the battery (16).
The LEDs of the charge level in-
dicator show how much charge re-
mains in the battery.
2. Charge the battery (16) when only
the red LED on the charge level in-
dicator (17) is illuminated.

Charging the battery
1. Remove the battery (16) from the
device.
2. Push the battery (16) into the char-
ging slot of the battery charger
(19).
3. Connect the battery charger (19) to
a power outlet.
4. After charging, disconnect the bat-
tery charger (19) from the mains.
5. Pull the battery (16) out of the bat-
tery charger (19).
