Important information about the bolt switching contact/lock bolt contact:
* The two lock bolt positions are each monitored with an external bolt switching contact (lock contacts at 1st and 2nd lock position) of VdS class C. The
bolt switch contact from the main lock (1st lock position - above the door handle) is already installed at the factory below the protection plate, the connection cable
is routed near the door distributor and fixed there. The bracket for the external bolt switching contact for the 2nd lock position is pre-equipped.
The following bolt contact switches are approved: Link type 100 13 30 A (G193081) and Schitronic type 035501 (G186105). The external bolt switches are
controlled via factory-fitted switch plates, the bolt switches must be set so that they only switch when the lock bolt has been completely
extended.
Depending on the lock version, further alarm components (e.g. alarm boxes, locking or switching devices) may be required or preferred in the secured area of the
door. The installed components must all comply with VdS class C and be provided with a VdS identification number.
If alarm components are to be installed at a later date, the necessary dismantling/assembly work on the bolt mechanism must be carried out
by an authorised service technician, and the wiring must be carried out in consultation between the burglar alarm system installer and the service technician.
