Starting the web application
The web application
KVM system.
Some functions of the KVM systems can only be carried out via web application.
Among them are the monitoring of various system features, firmware updates as well
as backing up and restoring the configuration of the KVM system.
The web application runs on many browsers with installed Java Runtime Environment.
NOTE:
Information about the requirements to run the web application is given in
the manual Web application »Config Panel«
How to run the web application:
1. To run the web application, enter the following URL into the address bar:
https://[IP address of device]
NOTE:
You can run the web application via http connection (port 80). In this
case, it is not possible to authenticate the opposite site via certificate.
2. Enter the following data into the login box:
Username:
Password:
Select language:
3. Click .

Enter the password of your user account.
Select the language:
 (Default): apply default setting
