From time to time, rinse the gas
burners with soapy water and clean
the gas ducts with a brush. (Make
sure that the gas burner parts are
reattached properly.)

If the oven is hot, water must not
come into contact with the glass
panel. You must also not touch the
panel with wet hands.

Any acidic substances,
juice and oil, which gets onto the
appliance. must be carefully removed.

Never use flammable
such as thinner, petroleum
benzene or acid for cleaning
purposes.
6.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents
to clean the oven interior, as these
can scratch the surface. This applies
in particular to the control panel, as
such agents could rub off the
labelling.
7.
To prevent the oven lid, which is
raised and pushed back, from being
damaged by rising steam and oil
vapours, it must be wiped clean with
a dry cloth once a week.

Removing the glass lid

The glass iid has been subjected to
special heat treatment (tempering). To
facilitate cleaning, the glass lid can be
removed
and then reinstalled.

into consideration and, when setting the
tension, the lid must be completely open.
Please do not close the lid if the hotplates
or their grates are hot. Do not place any
heavy, hot or cold objects on the lid when
it is closed. Avoid heavy impact!
