ing to turn the tray around or the food
over. The oven is fitted with a valve system
with fire protection facility. The fire protec-
tion facility ensures that the gas supply is
disconnected automatically if the oven
burner goes out for any reason. This pre-
vents gas from flowing into the oven.

Once you have prepared the food on the
baking tray and/or wire grill outside the
oven, please open the oven door. Press in
the oven switch and turn it to the position
