Specific risks when grilling
CAUTION
Fire hazard!
Improper handling of the appliance
may result in fire and damage to pro-
perty.
■ Only use containers made of porce-
lain, ceramic or plastic and covering
foils that are highly heat-resistant.
■ Do not allow food to come into con-
tact with the heating elements. It is
particularly hot there. Fatty foods can
catch fire.
■ Only ever operate the appliance with
the cooking chamber door closed.
■ Do not cover cakes or roasts being
cooked in the cooking chamber with
baking parchment. Do not allow food,
baking parchment and aluminium
foil to come into contact with the he-
ating elements.
■ Never leave the appliance unatten-
ded while grilling. Keep children away!
Risk of burns!
The appliance and its accessible parts
become hot during use.
■ Never pour water directly into the
hot cooking chamber. The steam pro-
duced can cause scalding and dama-
ge to the interior enamel.
■ Allow hot water from the appliance
to cool before pouring it out.
