PRELOAD ADJUSTER
All Duro FR20 and Duro series forks are equipped with an preload adjuster. This preload adjuster
allows you to change the preload of your forks coil springs. The preload of the coil springs
influences the hardness of your fork. So for example if you are looking for an "hard" setup you
have to increase the preload of your coil springs. Additionally to this function, SR SUNTOUR offers
different coil springs with different degrees of hardness's. For more detailed information please
contact your local bicycle dealer.

In order to increase the preload you have
to turn the preload adjuster knob clock-wi-
se. If you want to decrease the preload you
have to turn the konbs counter-clockwise

VARIBLE VALVE CONTROL VVC
Note: The VVC valve is located at the right side of your forks crown.
The variable valve controll (VVC) was developed to protected the oil within the right hand side
cartrigde against foaming. If the oil within the cartridge will mix up with air the viscosity of it will
be reduced. This can negativelly affect the damping characteristics of your fork. Therefore the
pressure value should never be lower then 50PSI (3.5bar). A higher pressure then 60PSI (4.5bar) is
not necessary and will not affect the damping performance.
