not squashed.
4. Screw the coupling nut (3) hand-tight.
Operation
The mower must only be set
when the motor is switched
off and the blades are shut-
down. There is a risk of per-
sonal injury.
Switch of the device, pull the ig-
nition key (11) and wait for the
blades to come to a stop.
Adjusting the Cut Height
There are 3 different cutting heights:
3 - 50 mm - large cutting height
2 - 40 mm - medium cutting height
1 - 30 mm - low cutting height
1. Push the cutting height adjustment lever
(7) away from the machine.
2. Set the desired cutting height.
3. Put the cutting height adjustment lever (7)
back on the machine.
The correct height is around 25 – 45 mm
for a decorative lawn and around
45 –65 mm for a used lawn.
A higher cut height should be se-
lected for the first cut of the season.

regulations.

Insert/remove battery
Switch off the device, pull the
ignition key (11) and wait for the
blades to come to a stop. There is a
risk of personal injury.
1. Lift the cover (6) on the machine housing.
2. To insert the battery (13) into the de-
vice, push the battery along the guide
rail into the device. It locks into place
audibly.
3. To remove the battery (13) from the
device, press the release button (12) on
the battery and pull the battery out.
Checking the charge
level of the battery
The battery charge status indicator (15)
shows the charge status of the battery (13).
• The charge level of the battery is indi-
cated by illumination of the correspond-
ing LED lights while the device is in op-
eration. Press and hold the start button
(2) for this.
red-yellow-green => Battery fully charged
red-yellow => Battery approx. half charged
red => Battery needs to be charged
