Ajuster l'inclinaison du timon
Enpressant surle levier(E),donner a utimon

DÉPLACEMENTS DELA MACHINE
Placer l etimonenposition normale detravail.
Basculer ensuite lamachine enarriére defaqonque
Führungsstange.

PREPARING THE MACHINE

Fit pad
1. If necessary, setmachine handle to theupright
position.Pulllever E upwardsto unlockhandle,
ducouverclede
movehandle to upright p osition andrelease
lever.
2. With handlein the uprightposition, t ilt the
machine back so that the handle rests on the
floor.(fig.5)
3. Unscrewthe padretainer(a)from thecentreof
the drive disc. Remove the small disc of material
fromthemiddle of thepadandfit thepad
retainerthroughthe hole.Centrethe padon
the drivediscandtightenthe padretainer.

4. Return themachine to itsnormal p osition.

Unwind mains cord
Fullyunwind mainscordfromhandle.
C.
Adjust handle height.
PullleverE upwardsto unlockhandle.Raiseor
lowerhandle to a comfortable o perating height,
then release lever to re-lock handle.
Note:DONOTadjusthandk whilstmachine
is runNng.
Checkelectricalsupply

Ensurethatthe voltageshownon themachine's
ratingplate(attached t o rearof motorhousing) i s
suitable fortheavailable supply.
TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE
Lower t hehandle to its normal w orking position, then
tilt machine backsothatthesuction skirt(if fitted)or
basejustclearstheground. ( fig.7)
