play with the appliance.

Disconnect all electrical power before starting
installation, maintenance, or service work.
Do not install the REFCO condensate pump if there are
any signs of damage.
The installation cord must be checked for signs of
damage before installation and periodically thereafter. If
a cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the correct
part supplied either by REFCO or by an approved service
agent.
The condensate pump cords should not be cut and
should be routed so that they cannot be damaged
during and after installation.
All tubing connections are to be secured in place on the
barb connections using self-locking cable tie-wraps or a
clamp.
Do not allow any chemicals to come in contact with the
condensate pump. Please remove the pump and water
sensor before using any coil cleaning solutions and other
chemicals. Flush the evaporator coils with water before
reinstalling the condensate pump and water sensor.
Ensure the evaporator coils are free of chemicals before
reinstallation of the REFCO pump.
Installation cable must not experience a tensile load.
Installation cable must be completely pushed in to the
jack.
Only use the original installation cable.

Do not install items nearby with significant heat impact
on the pump.
Power supply to the pump must be current limited to
less than 7A.
The indoor unit wired through violet and grey alarm
wires must not pull more than 5A.
The pump must not be exposed to sunlight.
Intended Use
The VAMP-F condensate pump is intended for use as condensate
removal unit and must be installed fully within enclosures of electric
heat pumps, air-conditioners, indoor units and dehumidifiers. This
includes ceiling cassettes, underfloor convectors and wall-mounted
convectors.
It is for indoor use only and it is not submersible.
