Tesla Powerwall
Safety
General The Tesla Powerwall and the Fronius Symo Hybrid each have separate Installation Instruc-
tions. This document describes the specific process of connecting a Tesla Powerwall to the
Fronius Symo Hybrid only. The remaining installation steps can be found in the Installation
Instructions for the devices.
Installation kit There are two different variants of the sealing insert for the NPT screw connection. Only
scope of delivery use a sealing insert that is suitable for the cables used!

WARNING! Incorrect operation or poorly executed work can cause serious injury
or damage. Commissioning of the hybrid system may only be carried out by
trained personnel in accordance with the technical regulations. Before installation
and commissioning, read the Installation Instructions and Operating Instructions
for the Fronius Symo Hybrid and the Tesla Powerwall.
WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Danger posed by DC voltage of invert-
er and battery.
- Always make sure the inverter is disconnected and de-energised before car-
rying out any connection work.
- Check that the Tesla Powerwall is de-energised. The Tesla Powerwall
should be supplied de-energised.
- Only an authorised electrical engineer is permitted to connect this equipment
to the public grid.
