3.2 Installation of BWT MIXXO main unit
1. Ensure that the water supply is shut off.
2. Install BWT MIXXO main unit on the cold wa-
ter supply under the sink (3/8" union nut).
Consider the length of the hoses during
installation. Make sure that the seals in the
hoses and in the union nut are correctly in-
serted.
3. Connect the cold water hose from the faucet
to the BWT MIXXO main unit. Ensure that the
seals are correctly inserted.
4. Connect the BWT filter system to the side
outlets of the BWT MIXXO main unit. Ensure
that the seals are inserted correctly.
5. Connect the power supply unit to the BWT
MIXXO main unit (220 V/50 Hz). Ensure that
the power supply unit is placed in a safe, dry
environment.

6. Open the water supply.
7. Check the unit and the hoses for any leaks.

3.3 Installation via BWT HOME APP
The registration of the device in the BWT
Home App is essential for its proper use!
• As soon as the product is connected and
active, it will appear in the product registra-
tion screen of your BWT Home App. It can
be connected via WiFi and Bluetooth.
• The first thing you will be asked to do is to
establish a connection to your wireless net-
work.
• The firmware is updated during the first
connection. This ensures that your BWT
MIXXO is equipped with the latest firmware.
This process can take about 5 minutes.
• In the next step, the setup in the BWT Home
App will guide you through the pairing mode
of the remote control and the selection of
the filter cartridge. Follow the instructions
on your mobile device.
• The product registration is now complete.
Your product will appear in your BWT Home
App. You can now see the current status of
the product.
