WArNINg – hot surfaces!
The appliance may become hot during operation as a result of radiated
heat. Allow the appliance and the hob plates to cool down completely
before cleaning.
WArNINg – risk of damage through improper use!
In order to ensure that your appliance will have a long service life, it is
necessary to keep it clean and in good condition. Soiling may impair
proper function and cause dangerous situations.
• Remove all food residues carefully after each use.
• Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents, oven cleaners or metal
scouring pads to clean the appliance so as to avoid damaging the surface.

• Always disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
• The appliance, the power cable and the mains plug must not be immersed in
water or other liquids.
• No water must get into the appliance openings/ventilation slots.
NOte:
Please also take note of the information in the "Important safety instructions"
section.
1. Disconnect the mains plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
2. Any food residues on the glass surface should be wiped off while still warm
using a soft damp cloth or a paper towel.
3. Wipe the hob with a soft damp cloth that has been wrung out well. A mild
detergent may be used if necessary.
4. Wipe the enclosure with a cloth that is just slightly damp.
5. Wipe off with a dry kitchen towel.
