7. guaranTee
4. use in other countries
If the device is intended to be used in a country other than that for which it was originally manufactured,
and changes therefore have to be made to the product for it to meet the technical and/or safety-related
standards, these adaptations are expressly excluded from this guarantee.
5. no guarantees
the following are excluded from the guarantee:
maintenance and inspection services and repair or replacement of parts in accordance

with the list of wear parts;
transport and travel costs, and costs arising from installing and removing the device;
▶
Damage caused by misuse of the product or use for another purpose;
▶
Damage caused by incorrect installation of the product or insufficient maintenance;
▶
Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, force majeure, war, incorrect supply voltage, insufficient
▶
ventilation, lack of decalcification, insufficient care and cleaning or non-compliance with the prescribed
rules for use and maintenance services;
Damage caused by use of the product outside of the given specifications;
▶
Damage provably caused by consumable or wear material that is not original;
▶
all damage that did not occur directly on the device and other consequential damage.

the guarantee expires if:
changes have been made to the product by the operator or a third party;
▶
the product is still operated despite the presence of a functional or usage defect.

6. individual claims
this guarantee is product-related and can be claimed in the guarantee period by any person who has
acquired the device legally.
7. guarantee of spare parts
spare parts are guaranteed against material, processing and manufacturing defects for a period of 6
months in accordance with the provisions of these guarantee conditions.
