the guarantee period is 2 years from the delivery date. the guarantee applies only to defects in material,
manufacturing and processing. the guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, or damage after the
transfer of risk as a result of incorrect or unsuitable use, excessive use, unsuitable operating equipment
or the effects of unnecessary chemical, electrochemical or electrical influences. Improper modifications or
maintenance or repair work on the part of the operator or third parties shall invalidate guarantee claims.
consumer rights arising from this guarantee are limited to the claim for supplementary performance. this
guarantee does not permit further claims, particularly for any type of compensation.

for reimbursement of costs or elimination of defects for repairs carried out by other third parties,
In the case of repair or replacement, the guarantee claim for the repaired or replaced product is only valid
for the remaining time of the original guarantee period.
