The side cover underneath is fastened with 6 hexagon socket screws. Loosen these and set aside.
To remove the side cover, 2 of the previously loosened screws must be screwed evenly into the threaded
holes provided in the side cover. The side cover pushes away from the housing.
Pull the sliders out of the slider grooves of the piston.
Visually check for damage and measure the valve width, replace the valve if necessary.
When reinstalling the sliders, ensure that they are installed in the correct position.
Blow out the housing with dry compressed air.
Wipe the end of the piston with a clean cloth.
Slider widths:
As small amounts of grease are also wiped off during this process, it is necessary to replace the grease loss
in pumps that are lubricated for life (DTR 61+81).
Only use original spare parts and lubricants from Gardner Denver Schopfheim GmbH.
