The table arm:
Is raised and lowered on the column by a crank and a selfsuppressing worm gear. It
can also be tumed round the column. At the front end is a bracket and a locking lever
for the table.
The locking of the table arm against the column is done by a lever, which actuates
screws via a link system.
The table:
Is tumable in the table arm and can also easily be removed and exchanged.
Square table with T-slots and oil groove is standard.
Milling table with longitudinal and cross feed is extra equipment.
THE SPINDEL HOUSING
Is raised and lowered by a crank (I: 1) and is tumable around the column.
The crank works via a gear arm against the rack on the column.
A friktion in the crankcase prevents dropping of the drilling head when locking
arrangment is not engaged. To get a larger friction please tighten the screw in the
centre of the crankcase. Opposite please loosen the same screw.
The drilling head is locked against the column:
By a lever (III:40) which actuates two clamping screws via a link system (1 :2 and
III:41 ).
The stator:
Is pressed into the spindle housing between the column inlet and the spindle sleeve.
The lamp housing of the machine lighting:
(1 :3) also functions as a bracket for the lower bearing on the motor shaft.
Lighting effect 25 W, 24 volt.
The switch is mounted on the connection box (II:42).
The journalling of the drilling spindle sleeve:
For the feed movement is set by adjustment screws (II:20). A rackat the reverse side
of the spindle sleeve transmits the feed movement from the gear arm (II:21 ). The
retum movement is made by a band shaped torsion spring (I:4). The spring tension is
adjustable by tuming of the spring housing.
