We, Grundfos, declare under our sole responsibility that the products MTA and MTD to which the declaration
below relates, are in conformity with UK regulations, standards and specifications to which conformity is
declared, as listed below:
– Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008
Standard used: EN 809:1998, A1:2009.
– Electric motors:
Regulation (EC) No 640/2009 and Regulation (EU) No 4/2014
Applies only to three-phase Grundfos motors marked IE2 or IE3.

instructions.
