Mounting/Assembly
Screws
1. Open the battery door and remove the battery.
2. Use the included hex wrench to loosen and remove the three (3)
mounting/assembly screws.
3. Separate the two halves of the housing and retain the module.
4. Place the side of the housing (that has no battery door attached)
on a flat work surface.
5. Place the module into the molded surface and direct the LED toward the
front opening.
6. Align the (unloaded firearm) trigger guard with the matching groove in the
TLR-6 HL
housing and place both onto the flat work surface.

7. Place the mating side of the TLR-6 HL
half and maintain alignment while joining the two halves together.
8. Securely fasten the two TLR-6 HL
mounting/assembly screws.
Note: Do not over tighten screws.
9. Reinstall battery positive end first and secure the battery door.
BATTERY INSTALLATION/REMOVAL
When battery charge is depleted, the switch may appear intermittent or non-functional.
Recharging or replacing with a charged battery will restore normal operation.
1. Unclip and swing battery door open (an empty shell casing can be used).
2. Remove depleted battery from the flashlight body.
3. Insert a charged SL-B2
4. Swing battery door shut and snap to lock.
