OPERATION
TA 260 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
5. TA 260 installation instructions
The DHW connection pipe (7) is not required if the safety assembly
KV 30, KV 307 or KV 40 is retrofitted with the temperature
premixer.
Installation
Remove cold water connection screw (11) from safety assembly
and connect temperature premixer to safety assembly with
connection nipple and union nut. Connect DHW connection pipe
to DHW cylinder and temperature premixer.

Draw heating water only from the mixer tap (determination of
cylinder temperature), then adjust temperature selection handle
on temperature premixer to required DHW temperature.

6. Removal and maintenance
»
Disconnect the DHW cylinder power and drain
»
Remove DHW pipe between cylinder and temperature
premixer
»
Remove spring. Remove elastic ring element towards top and
descale
»
Lubricate quad ring before refi tting
»
Installation in reverse order
