3.1
Prüfung des erworbenen Produkts
Beim Empfang der Lieferung überprüfen, dass die Verpackung
unversehrt ist und keine Beschädigungen aufweist.
Ist alles vollständig, die Verpackung entfernen (es sei denn,
SCHUNK hat andere Anweisungen erteilt) und überprüfen, dass
die Steuereinheit keine Transportschäden davongetragen hat.
Die Struktur auf Schäden überprüfen und kontrollieren, dass die
Leiter nicht zerdrückt, gebrochen oder abgerissen sind.
Die Mitteilung eventueller Schäden ist unverzüglich vorzunehmen
und hat bei SCHUNK innerhalb von zwei Tagen nach Erhalt der
Steuereinheit einzugehen (siehe Seite 4 dieses Handbuchs).
3.2
Anschluss an das Stromkabel
An das von SCHUNK gelieferte Stromkabel (4 x 4 mm
bitte einen Stecker anbringen, der zum Anschluss an das
Drehstromnetz dient.
Der Stecker ist vom Betreiber in Funktion der verwendeten
Speisespannung auszuwählen (400 – 415 – 460 – 480 V – 50/60
Hz).
ACHTUNG
Die Steuereinheit der Serie MAGNOS kann aus
Standardisierungsgründen mit einem 5-poligen 32 A
Stecker ausgeliefert werden.
Ebenso kann die Steuereinheit in Verbindung mit größer
dimensionierten MAGNOS Elektro-Permanent-Spannplatten
(mit höherer Stromaufnahme) verwendet werden. Prüfen Sie
die Kompatibilität zwischen dem Stecker und dem MAGNOS-
Modul (siehe Tabellen auf Seite 9).
Bei Spannungswerten, die von den oben angegebenen ab-
weichen, ist ein externer Transformator zu installieren.
Die Einheit benötigt eine dreiphasige Stromversorgung.
Das Stromkabel weist vier Leiter auf: drei für die Phasen
(L1, L2 und L3) und einer für die Erdung (gelb/grün).
Der Anschluss muss mit Hilfe einer Anschlussbuchse und eigens
dafür bestimmter Leitung geschehen, da hohe Strommengen auf-
genommen werden.

Inspection of the product
Upon receipt of the control unit, please check that the packaging
is complete and not damaged.
If the packaging is OK, unpack the control unit and check it to
verify that there are not transport damages. Check possible
damages on the box, squeezing, breakage or tear of wires.
In case of damage or irregularities please contact SCHUNK wit-
hin two days upon receipt of the unit (see page 4 of this
manual).

Connection to the electric cable

Connect to the electric cable (4 x 4 mm
by SCHUNK a connection plug for three-phase electricity grid.
The plug model depends on the users' electricity grid type and
the voltage (400 – 415 – 460 – 480 V – 50/60 Hz)
CAUTION
The control unit of MAGNOS series can be equipped
depending on the markets with a 5 poles 32 A plug
for standardisation reasons.
Since the MAGNOS control unit can be used with MAGNOS
modules that have an higher absorption than 32 A, please,
make sure that the plug class is correct. Check the table at
the page 9 of the operating manual for MAGNOS Control
Units.
An external transformer is needed if voltages vary from the above
mentioned ones.
The control unit needs a three phase electric power supply. The
cable has four electrical conductors: three for the phases
(L1, L2 and L3) and one for the ground (yellow/green).
The connection must be carried out using a dedicated line becau-
se of the immediate high electric absorptions.
