STOP KEY:
In the running state of the treadmill, press the stop key,
all data become zero. When the treadmill stops, it retur-
ns to manual mode.
PROGAM KEY:
In standby mode, press this key to select manual mode
"1.0" or auto program from P1 to P12; manual mode
is the default mode of the system, the default speed
of manual mode is 1 km/h, the maximum speed is 10
km/h.
MODEL KEY:
In standby state, press this button to run countdown
in three different modes: time, distance and calories.
H-l is the time countdown mode, H-2 is the distance
countdown mode, H-3 is the calorie countdown mode.
In the running state, it is to switch the display window;
it is time, speed, distance, calories, automatic display
and circular switching display in turn. At the same time,
the indicator lights of the corresponding parameters on
the electronic meter: time, speed, distance, calories and
automatic indicator lights are lit in turn.
SPEED + KEY
Speed plus and minus key can be used to set the va-
rious modes. Relevant countdown data can be set up
by pressing this key, press start key to start the treadmill
after the setting is completed.
QUICK SPEED KEY
At running state, press the quick speed key, running
speed will change to the speed of key indicated quickly.
DISPLAY FUNCTION
• Speed display: Displays the current running speed
value.
• Time display: Displays the run time in manual
mode, or the countdown time on programmatic
modes.
• Distance display: Displays the cumulative distance
on manual mode, or countdown distance on pro-
grammatic modes.
• Calories display: Displays the cumulative calories
burned on manual mode, or countdown calories on
programmatic modes.
• Pulse display: Heart rate signals at hand detected,
the heart-shaped marker twinkles, and pulse va-
lues is displayed at the same time.

• Parameter setting in three modes
1. The countdown time is initially set at 10:00 mi-
nutes, ranging from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes, and
the step is 1:00 minutes.
2. The countdown distance is set at the initial dis-
tance of 1.0 km, the setting range is 1.0 -99.0

• PULSE TEST FUNCTION:
When the treadmill is electrified, the heart rate can

This data is for reference only and can not be used
as medical data.
• AUTO PROGRAM:
The default run time is 10 minutes. After selecting
the program, the run time is set. Each program
segment is divided into 10 segments. And the
running time of each program segment is evenly
allocated. When the running time is completed, the
motor stops and the instrument is cleared.
