CD Changer Controls Operation
The
following
description
is based
on
the
assumption that this unit is connected to the
optional CD changer CX-DPISEN. —

1 To change mode
While the disc is inserted, press the BAND button for more than a half second to change into the CD mode from radio mode
and playback starts automatically.
Note: if the cassette has been inserted in the cassette slot, should be removed in advance.
To start playback/To pause playback
@ Press the "CDr ll" button to start playback. (When a disc is not played in the CD mode)
@ Press this button during playback to pause.
@ Press this button during pause to start playback again.

To select the disc that you want to listen to.
@ Press "2s" or se
button during disc play to select the desired disc.
Press " 4s" button to change the disc in upwards.
Press " ne button to change the disc in downwards.
@ The DISC No./TRACK No. and "! }3fi¢4" indicator will blink alternately until the disc is selected. Then, the selected disc will start
to play from the first track.
(The * Mee "or " oo " button if operated, has priority over that of Random and Memory-play modes. The Random or Memory-play
mode will stop and the disc select function will operate once the ".2" or " oe button is pressed.)
3 To select the track that you want to listen to/To search the track
Press the "CDke<" or "CD » 1" button to select the desired track number.
Press the "CD »1" once to play the beginning of the next track.
Press "CDike@" once to play from the beginning of the track just listened to.
Press "CDke<" twice to play from the beginning of the previous track.
(To search the track, press "CD"
or "CD >i" continuously to fast backwards or fast forwards the disc.)
4. Repeat Play:
@ Press the "REP/R®" button to repeat the track now being listened to when it reaches its end.("R" indicator will be illuminated.)
@ Press this button again to cancel the Repeat play.
Note : If the "REP/RP" button is pressed during the random play, "R" of "RP"
indicator will blink.
