MAINTENANCE OF PRESSURE REDUCER
The pressure reducer of the filling station CLEAR PRO FILL All-in-one must be serviced annually in
accordance with DIN EN 806, Part 5.
Assembly is carried out in reverse order.
11. Remove the
RV 2 by turning it
counterclockwise.
12. Open the shut-
off valve on the
output side.
1. Pull off the
insulation shell off.
3. Close the shut-off
valve on the outlet
side.
5. Open the shut-off
valve on the output
side.
The assembly is done in reverse order.

13. Press the Hot-
Key 1x to activate
filling and open the
inlet-side shut-off
valve.
2. Press the HotKey
button 2x to deac-
tivate filling and
close the input-side
shut-off valve.
4. Unscrew the
pressure reducer
counterclockwi-
se using the ring
wrench and clean
it with clear cold
water.
6. Press the HotKey
1x to activate filling
and open the inlet-
side shut-off valve.
