FIELD OF APPLICATION
The CONEL filling station CLEAR PRO FILL All-in-One serves as a basis for refillable cartridges. It sup-
plies optionally softened, demineralized or fully demineralized water with pH stabilization for heating in
accordance with VDI Guideline 2035 Sheet 1 and protects heating systems against limescale deposits.
The filling station also serves to automate the filling process for hot water heating systems and fills the
heating system according to several invidually adjustable criteria such as the set pressure, an upper
conductivity limit, a maximum filling quantity or a maximum filling duration.
The built-in BA backflow preventer to DIN EN 1717 prevents the heating water from flowing back
into the drinking water line. In this combination, the direct fixed connection of drinking water to the
heating system is approved according to DIN EN 1717. The integrated pressure reducer ensures the
correct and constant pressure of the system.
2.
DESIGN
The CONEL filling station CLEAR PRO FILL All-in-One includes a digital control, the Multi-Control,
with integrated conductivity measurement, an inlet and outlet manual shut-off, a withdrawal nozzle for
soft water, a pressure reducer, test devices for checking the BA backflow preventer, pressure sensors,
a hardness measuring set and a wall bracket for mounting. In addition, the display of the Multi-Control
can be rotated digitally via the control in 90° steps.
Matching the CLEAR PRO FILL All-in-One, the already filled cartridges must be ordered separately.
The CLEAR PRO FILL cartridges are available as 2.5, 4 and 7 liter versions for softening (HWE), demi-
neralization (HVE) and as cartridges for demineralization with pH stabilization (HVE+). As soon as the
cartridges are used up, they can be refilled with the appropriate resin.
The built-in pressure reducer ensures a constant set outlet pressure, so that the heating system is pro-
tected from unwanted overpressure during the filling process. Housing made of pressed brass. Internal
parts and drain funnel made of high quality plastic and NBR.
The plastic parts and elastomers in contact with drinking water comply with the KTW guidelines of the
German Federal Environment Agency.
3.
INSTALLATION
Mount the supplied wall bracket on the wall.

Mark the two drill holes (distance 125 mm), drill two holes accor-
dingly (10 mm drill bit), insert the two dowels supplied and screw
the two hanger bolts tight (fig. 1).

station in the direction of flow!
