6.3 PREPARATION FOR MOUNTING MULTICONTROL

remove the side cover [g]

clip out and remove the rear
cover [h] by pressing lightly on
the catches on the side

remove the fastening clip [i]

the shut-off handle [k] is
now uncovered

pull out the shut-off handle [k] without
turning it in the direction of the arrow
Keep the shut-off handle [k] permanently near
the fitting!
It is used as a tool for the EMERGENCY-OPEN-
FUNCTION (see chapter 10).
6.4 MOUNTING MULTICONTROL

Open the cover [b] on the connection side
of the MultiControl [a]
/
insert the enclosed 4x Mignon 1.5V
(LR6/AA) batteries into the battery
compartment [c] and
take care of the battery poles [+] / [-]!
The batteries must remain inserted - even
when using the mains adapter - for power
failure protection and must be replaced
every 3 years.
