Setting the switch-off timer for several cooking zones
• If you want to activate the timer for several cooking zones,
repeat the procedure accordingly.
• When the timer is activated for several cooking zones,
the timer display always shows the lowest remaining time.
A flashing dot next to the corresponding power display
marks the cooking zone to which the display refers.
Example see illustration (1):
Cooking zone 3: Power level 6, remaining time 5 Min.
Cooking zone 4: Power level 5, remaining time 15 Min
• To display the remaining time for another cooking zone,
touch the cooking zone selection key of the desired
cooking zone (2).
• After the shortest set time has elapsed, the corresponding
cooking zone switches off,
the time display changes to the next shortest remaining
time and the dot flashes on the corresponding power
display.

Cooking zone 3: Cooking zone switched off,
remaining time expired
Cooking zone 4: Power level 5, remaining time 10 Min.
• When the last set remaining time finally expires,
the corresponding cooking zone is also switched off
and the time display switches off.
Deleting and changing the time setting of the switch-off timer
• To delete the switch-off timer setting for a cooking zone,
touch the cooking zone selection key of the corresponding
cooking zone.
• While the cooking zone display is flashing,
the

keys simultaneously.
• To change the time setting,
reset the timer as described above.
