• When opening the appliance door during or after
operation, hot steam may escape which, depending
on the temperature, may not be visible!
To avoid injury, always grip the door handle in the
middle and keep your distance from the edges
of the door!
• Do not pour water into the hot cooking chamber or
onto a heated baking tray!
This produces hot steam which can cause injuries!
The resulting temperature change can also cause
damage to the enamel coating!
WARNING!
Fire hazard!
• The appliance becomes very hot during operation!
Strictly observe the safety distances and instruc-
tions given in this manual!
Do not install the appliance behind a furniture door
or similar to avoid fire hazard due to overheating!
• Alcoholic vapours can catch fire in the hot cooking
chamber! Only heat small quantities of food with a
high alcohol content!
Open the appliance door carefully!
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use!
Food can burn, cause harmful smoke or catch fire!
Heated food containing fat, oil or alcohol can ignite
quickly!
