Application
The Nivector FTC 968 level limit switch is used for the limit
detection of powders and fine-grained bulk solids with the
following characteristics:
• grain size ø < 10 mm
• dielectric constant ε
≥ 1.6

The Protector mounting adapter (see Accessories,
Page 8) protects against abrasion and run-out if the
Nivector is used as the lower limit switch and is in
permanent contact with the material.
The Nivector FTC 968 Z version can be used in dust-
explosion hazardous area Zone 10 (vessel) or Zone 11
(connection).
