Installation
10) The black dampening material must be placed in
the middle of the cabinet. It must not be placed
between the seal and the loudspeaker unit. Now,
install the loudspeaker unit. It has to be ensured,
that the tweeter is on top and that the woofer is
under the tweeter (refer to point no. 7). Carefully
insert the loudspeaker unit now. Therefore, insert
the upper part of the loudspeaker unit at first and
then follow with the other part that includes the
tweeter.
11) Tighten the six outer screws of the loudspeaker
unit. To avoid any damages, do not tighten the first
screw too hard in the beginning. Later, when all six
screws are in, tighten them in the appropriate way.
12) The In-Wall loudspeaker offers an adjustable
tweeter response switch.
The position "0 dB" is a standard position and
therefore, it can be used for most applications. If you
perceive an unpleasant sound of trebles on your
listening position, turn the adjustable tweeter
response switch to "-2 dB". If you would like to
increase trebles, turn the switch to "+2 dB".
It may be useful to do this for only one In-Wall
loudspeaker. This depends on the purpose and
application. The best result will be determined by
listening.
