Do not store glass or metal containers

containing water, lemonade, or beer.
Water expands when frozen and can
burst the container.

If the cooling appliance has been trans-
ported horizontally, lubricant from the
compressor may get into the cooling cir-
cuit.
If possible, only transport the cooling
n
appliance in a vertical position.
Allow the refrigerating appliance to
n
stand upright for 2 hours before start-
up. The lubricant will flow back into the
compressor during this time.

Do not pull or lift the appliance by its

doors or door handles.
Place the appliance only on a level

and firm surface that can support the
weight of the appliance when it is
filled.
Do not use sharp or pointed objects to

unpack it.
When unpacking the appliance, never

damage the insulation material on the
back of the appliance.
When positioning the appliance, en-
n
sure the supply cord is not trapped or
damaged.
The interior light must only be used to
n
illuminate the interior of the appliance.
It is not suitable for lighting a room.
When cleaning, please note:

ð Never use harsh, granular, soda,
acid, solvent-based or abrasive
cleaners. These attack the plastic
surfaces. All-purpose cleaners with
a neutral pH are recommended.
ð Door seals and plastic parts are
sensitive to oil and grease. Remove
contaminants as quickly as possible.
ð Only use soft cloths.
Wait 5 minutes after switching off the
n
appliance. Only then switch the appli-
ance on again.
