Set up and tighten the front header's flanges together with the springs and sleeves onto the front cylinder head,

using stock nuts; make sure you orient the flanges and springs as shown (F 23).
CAUTION: be careful not to injure yourself or damage any part of the motorcycle during this process!
INSTALLATION TIP: use new stock exhaust port gaskets.
4. Set up and tighten the (rear right only!) header's flange together with the spring and sleeve onto the rear right
cylinder head outlet, using stock nuts; make sure you orient the flange and spring as shown (F 24).
CAUTION: be careful not to injure yourself or damage any part of the motorcycle during this process!
