Assembly Instructions
Remove all the separate parts rom the packaging, lay them on the oor
and check that all are there on the basis o the assembling steps. Please
note that a number o parts have been connected directly to the main
rame and preassembled. In addition, there are several other individual
parts that have been attached to separate units. This will make it easier
and quicker or you to assemble the equipment. Assembly time ap-
prox. 60min.
Step 1:
Attach the stabilizer (45+55) at main rame (40).
1. Attach the ront oot (45) with preassembled transportation roller (44+46)
to the main rame (40). Do this with the two screws M8x55 (41), washers
8//16 (28) and sel-locking nuts M8 (43).
2. Attach the rear oot (55) with preassembled height adjustable screw
(57) to the main rame (40). Do this with the two screws (41), washers
(28) and sel-locking nuts (43). Ater assembly has been completed, you
can compensate or minor irregularities in the foor by turning the oot
screw (57). The equipment should be set up that the equipment does
not move o its own accord during a training session.
Step 2:
Connection o cables (2+39) and assembly o support (8) at
the main rame (40).
1. Place screws M8x16 (32), washers 8//16 (28), curved washers 8//19 (33)
and spring washers or M8 (27) accessibly beside the ront part o the
main rame (40).
2. Place the lower end o the support (8) against the main rame (40) and
plug the ends o the two computer cable harnesses (2+39) projecting
rom (8+40) together.
(Note: The computer cable harness (2) projecting rom the support (8)
must not slide into the tube, as it is required or later steps o installation.)
When joining the tubes, ensure that the cable connection will not
trapped.
3. Put one spring washer (27) and one washer (28) or curved washer (33)
on each screw (32). Push the screws (32) through the holes in the support
(8), screw into the threaded holes o the main rame (40) and tighten
rmly.
Step 3:
Installation o the ootrest holder (100+103) at pedal crank (91).
1. Put the let ootrest holder (103) at the pedal crank (91) on let hand
side and tighten the ootrest holder (103) with washers 8//22 (14),
spring washer or M8 (27) and screw M8x20 (99) rmly. Put the screw
cover (98) onto the ootrest holder (103).
2. Push the connection tube cover (31) onto let connection tube (34) into
intended position and tighten with screws M5x12 (5).
3. Install the right ootrest holder (100) incl. all additionally required parts
on the right hand side o the machine as described in 1. – 2.
