My automatic

not work when
plugged in.

Possible Cause
When the auto-
matic hair curler
is charging,
other functions
are turned off.
Solution
It is designed so
that it will not
operate while it's
charging. Once it
is fully charging.
Once it is fully
charged again,
unplug it to
resume cordless
operation.
