5 Toubleshooting
Issue
Hair tangles in
the heated curl
chamber.
My automatic
hair curler will
not charge.

Possible Cause
The section
of hair being
inserted into
the heated curl
chamber is too
thick/big.
Electricity is not
reaching the
device through
the USB charg-
ing port.
Solution
Refer to section
Recommended
Hair Section Size
for recommended
hair sections.
Also ensure
that your hair is
brushed out and
that it is knot-free
tangle-free.
Check that the
USB Charg-
ing connector
is plugged in
completely into
the USB charging
port.
Also recom-
mended tying a
different source.
