Disassemblying the pump (see Figs. 1 and 2)
Disassembly is shown by means of a Turbelle
® stream 6080. This procedure applies for all
Turbelle ® stream.

Turn the suction housing (1) clockwise up to
holding nose (3), then remove from the motor
block (2) to the bottom.

Pull the drive unit (1) out by turning the hydro
propeller (2) clockwise.
Caution ! Danger of breakage ! The
magneto-ceramic rotor is susceptible to
shock and breakage, and pulls to the inside
= snap effect due to its magnetic action. For
this reason, remove carefully.
Warning:
Make sure during assembly that no foreign
body sticks to the magnetic rotor !
If the drive unit (1) cannot be moved any more
due to liming or dried impurities, do not apply
force ! Place the pump or the impeller housing
in a diluted vinegar or citric acid solution for
about 48 hours.

Vue 1
Tournez le corps d'aspiration (1) dans le sens
horaire jusqu'à l'ergot de maintien (3) puis séparez-
le du bloc-moteur (2).
Vue 2
Extrayez l'ensemble mobile (1) et son hydropulseur
(2) tout en effectuant une légère rotation dans le
sens horaire.
Attention, risques de bris ! Le magnéto-rotor en
céramique est sensible aux chocs. Sa puissance
magnétique développe une forte attraction vers
le bloc-moteur et implique une extraction avec
précaution.
Attention :
Lors du remontage, assurez-vous que le rotor ne
comporte aucun corps étranger ! Si l'entraînement
devait être impossible à bouger en raison d'une
calcification ou d'impuretés sèches : ne forcez
pas!
Immergez la pompe ou l'entraînement durant 48
heures dans du vinaigre ou dans une solution
d'acide citrique.
