Holding device extension 3000.26 or 3000.27
Use silicone, article No. 104.72, to stick the unit
to the aquarium pane. We recommend
attachment outside the water as the adhesion
is lower under water and will work only, if the
following is observed precisely:
- Push the sliding part (2) and the rail (1) of the
®
Turbelle
holder 3000.25 together, and screw
down the small plate (3) at the extreme ends of
the rail by means of the screws (4) enclosed.
The smooth plate surface has to point to the rail.
- In case of dry attachment, use cleaning alcohol
(without grease) to clean the attachment
points. In case of attachment in water, use a
blade cleaner to remove algae and smear from
the attachment points.
- Use cleaning alcohol to remove any grease
from the small plate.
- Apply the silicone (5) (about the size of a lump of
sugar) to both small plates and press them on to
the pane. The silicone should also penetrate the
second threaded hole of the small plates.
- Under water, the silicone has to be processed
within 20 seconds due to the skin formation.
- Permit the attachment to set for 24 h without load.

Montage en fixation par collage colle silicone
réf. 104.72. Nous recommandons un collage à
l'air libre, le collage sous eau étant moins fiable
et uniquement réalisable en observant
rigoureusement les points suivants :
- assemblez la pièce coulissante (2) sur la
barre (1) et montez les plaquettes (3) à chaque
extrémité à l'aide des vis (4), parties lisses
des plaquettes côté barre.
- avant le collage à l'air, dégraisser les surfaces
à l'alcool. Avant le collage sous eau, nettoyez
la vitre avec une raclette à lame afin d'ôter les
algues et le film organique.
- dégraisser les plaquettes à l'alcool.
- déposez une noix de colle silicone (5) sur les
deux plaquettes puis pressez tout le support
contre la vitre, la colle doit aussi pénétrer le
deuxième filetage de la plaquette.
- en raison d'une polymérisation de la colle en
surface, traitez l'opération en moins de 20 sec.
- mise en charge après 24h00 de polymérisation.
