>Aufnahme Pause< . Bei neu eingesetzter Cassette blinken die bei-
den Starttasten im Wechsel (Start-Richtung frei wahlbar). Ist die
Cassette im Deck bereits gelaufen, zeigt die blinkende Start-Taste
die letzte Startrichtung an. (Eine Startrichtungsanderung ist méglich).
Driicken Sie die Starttaste der gewUnschten Laufrichtung ?"

Die Funktionen des MODE-Schalters

= Einmal Reverse, nur Laufwerk B.
Wiedergabe: Das Laufwerk gibt eine Cassettenband-
seite wieder bis zum Erreichen des Bandendes und
schaltet dann in die andere Laufrichtung um, gibt auch
hier wieder bis zum Bandende und schaltet dann ab.
Aufnahme: Schalten Sie mit der Aufnahmetaste O
auf Aufnahme-Pause und dann mit der Taste MODE
auf den Reverse-Modus
={*> (das ist auch noch
bei laufender Aufnahme méglich).
Nach der Aufnahme einer Cassettenseite schaltet am
Bandende
das Laufwerk in die Gegenrichtung um,
lauft im Aufnahmebetrieb wieder bis zum Bandende

Wahlen Sie mit der Taste-MODE die Funktion Dauer-
revese, sichtbar auf der Display-Anzeige.
Das Laufwerk A spielt die Cassette bis zum Bandende
und schaltet dann ab.
Wird bei Wiedergabe mit dem Laufwerk
B die Start-
taste
[> (Normalbetrieb) oder die Reverse-Taste ge-
drickt<] , so werden nacheinander im Endlosbetrieb

beide Cassettenseiten abgespielt.

~ Dauerwiedergabe mit beiden Laufwerken (A und B).
- Legen Sie in beide Decks Cassetten ein.
- Wahlen Sie der Aufnahme entsprechend DOLBY NR
aus oder ein, bei DOLBY NR ein wahlen Sie weiter
DOLBY NR-B oder DOLBY NA-C.
- Dricken Sie am Deck A die Taste-START [ > .
a. Das Laufwerk A spielt die Cassette bis zum Banden-
de ab und schaltet dann auf schnellen Ricklauf (Au-
torepeat) um.
b. Gleichzeitig schaltet das Laufwerk B auf Start und
_
spielt nacheinander beide Cassettenseiten ab.
~ ¢. Dannach schaltet das Laufwerk A wieder auf Start.
Die Vorgange a, b und c wiederholen sich.
Sie kénnen den Dauerlaufbetrieb natirlich auch mit
dem
Laufwerk B beginnen.

The CCF 5300 is a HiFi front-loading twin-cassette tape deck with the
two microcomputer controlled drive mechanisms: CMAY-6Z2 (drive
mechanism A) and CMAY-2Z2 (drive mechanism 8B).
Press record button © : the unit switches to recording/pause. If a
cassette
has just been inserted, both start buttons flash alternately
(tape direction freely selectable). If the cassette has previously been
played, the flashing start button will show the last starting direction. (It
is still possible to select another tape direction). Press the start button
for the requested tape direction >"

Functions of the MODE select switch

Playback: Deck will play to the end of the tape, then
it will switch to the other tape direction and play this side
to the end of the tape and then it will switch off.
Record:
Switch to recording-pause by pressing the
record button ©) first, then select the reverse mode
with the MODE button

(can also be done with
_ recording in progress).
The deck reverses the tape direction when one cas-
sette side is recorded, then it resumes recording up to
the end of the tape and then switches off.

= Continuous reverse
Select the continuous reverse mode by pressing the
MODE button; the appropriate indication will appearon
the display.
Deck A will play to the end of the tape and then switch
off.
On reproduction with deck B both sides of the cassette
are played back continuously when operating the start
button [> (normal operation) or the reverse button <].

- Autorepeat on both drive mechanisms (A and B).
- Insert a cassette into each deck.

- Switch DOLBY NR off or on; in the latter case, select
additionally type DOLBY NR-B or DOLBY NR-C

cording to the recording.
- Press button START [> on deck A.
a. The drive mechanism A plays back the cassette up |
to the end of the tape and switches to fast rewind (auto
repeat).
b. At the same time drive mechanism B
starts to play
back the tape in one direction and then i in reverse di-
rection.
C. Subsequently drive mechanism A starts to play back
again. Steps a, b andc
are repeated automatically.
Itis also possible to start with drive mechanism B, of
course.
