Sperrscheibe LW 2.9 von der Achse der auszubauenden Kupp-
lung ziehen und den entsprechenden Wickelteller LW 2.4 (Vor-
lauf) bzw. LW 2.5 (Ricklauf) von der Achse nehmen.
Vorsicht! Achse nicht verbiegen.
Unter dem Wickelteller LW 2.4 (Vorlaufkupplung) befindet sich
eine Segmentscheibe

zur Siauerung des Sensors (Lauf-
werk A bzw. B).
Achtung! Keinen Ol- bzw. Fettfilm auf die Segmentscheibe
bringen; die Segmente k6nnen sonst vom Sensor nicht mehr
einwandfrei erkannt werden.
Motorwechsel, (Abb. 13, 14, 15 und 16)
Motor (Capstan- Motor) LW 4.0

Gehduseoberteil abnehmen, Pkt. 1.
Kabelverbindungen

Laufwerk A oder B ausbauen, Pkt. 4
Schranklasche f gerade stellen und die Laufwerk-Steckerplatte
(Laufwerk A oder B) von den Haltelaschen g und der Schrankla-
sche f abheben.
~_7.4b Kabelhalter LW 10 (nur Laufwerk B) abnehmen und die Kopf-
steckerleiste LW B vom Motorhalteblech abziehen.

Drei Schrauben h herausdrehen (eine Schraube h befindet sich
_unter der Laufwerk-Steckerplatte, siehe Pfeil h, Abb. 11 und 14)
_ und das Motor-Halteblech mit dem Motor LW 4.0 (Tonwellen-
motor) hochklappen. Damit der Riemen beim Motorwechsel
nicht von den Schwungscheiben bzw. beim Laufwerk A der
- Schwungscheibe fallt;, empfiehlit es sich, den Riemen erst Uber
den Outsert-Bolzen i zu legen.
Ldten Sie nun die Motoranschliisse ab ( auf die Polung und die
Einbaulage des Motors achten). .
Die zwei Mlolomanescorauben neranecene und den Motor
_. LW 4.0 wechseln.
7.2
Beim Einbau des Motors achten. Sie bitte Wieder aut die Einbau-
lage.
Der Ein- und Zusammenbau erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfol-
ge.
Nach dem Motorwechsel ist die Bandgeschwindigkeit zu kon-
trollieren und wenn nétig, wie im >Elektrischen Teil< Pkt. 3 be-
schrieben, eizustellen.
Wickelmotor LW 2.2, (Abb. 13, 14 und 15)
Die Vorarbeiten sind gleich wie unter Pkt. 7.1a beschrieben .
Motoranschlisse abléten, dabei. auf die Polung achten.

- Remove the locking disk LW 2.9 and pull off the spool carrier
LW 2.4 (clutch, forward wind) or spool carrier LW 2.5 (clutch,
rewind) from the clutch shaft.
Caution! Take care not to deform the shaft.
Below the forward wind clutch there is a sector disk &
'which operates the sensor, drive mechanism A or B.

Attention! Take care that the sector disk does not come into
contact with oil or grease. Otherwise, the sensor can no longer
identify the individual sectors precisely.
Replacement of motors, (Fig. 13, 14, 15 und 16)
Motor (capstan motor) LW 4.0
7.1a These instructions apply to both drive mechanisms A and B
Remove the cabinet, Point 1
Disconnect the leads to drive mechanism A or B, point 3 m or
3n.

Diassemble the drive mechanism A or B, point 4
Release fished joint f and lift off the drive mechanism socket
board (drive mechanism A or B) from the holders g and the
fished joint f.
Remove
the cable clamp LW 10. 0 (mechanism B only) and
pull off the head connector LW B from the motor fixing plate .
Loosen three screws h - with one screw h being located below
the drive mechanism connector board (see arrow Fig. 11 and
14) - and raise the motor fixing plate with the motor LW 4.0
— (capstan motor).
Since the belt drops easily from the flywheel LW 28.0 nes
- mechanism A) or the flywheels LW 28.0 and LW 29.0 (drive

mechanism B) when removed from the motor pulley we recom-
mend that the belt is first put around the outsert bolt {.
Unsolder the motor connecting leads (note the posit and
motor mounting position.
Undo two motor fastening screws and replace the motor LW 4.0.
Please remember the mounting position when Teaenemuing the
motor.
After replacement of the motor check the tape speed re re-
adjust it, if necessary, as described under point 3 in the aa
trical Section <.
Winding motor LW 2.2, (Fig. 13, 14 und 15)
Preparations are the same as described under point 3.
Unsoider the motor connecting leads; take care of the polarity.
