Cassettenrahmen LW 6.1 (Abb. 13) in die Richtung der Motor-
anschlisse (Pfeilrichtung | (1) Tonwellenmotor LW 4.0) bewe-
gen bis der Cassettenrahmen LW 43.0 aufklappt.
Schraube j herausdrehen, Schnapphaken k in Pfeilrichtung
ausrasten und das schwarze Abdeckblech abnehmen.
Bremshebel LW 11.0 an den beiden Schenkelenden etwas zu-
sammen driicken und die darunter befindlichen zwei Motorhal-
teschrauben o (Abb. 15) herausdrehen.
Laufwerksteckerplatte soweit wegdriicken, bis der Motor nach
hinten weggenommen werden kann.

Schranklasche f gerade stellen und die iaatwene -Steckerplatte
(Laufwerk A oder B) von den Haltelaschen g und der Schrankla-
sche f abheben.

Kabelhalter LW 10 (nur Laufwerk B) abnehmen und die Kopf
steckerleiste LW B vom Motorhalteblech abziehen.
Drei Schrauben h herausdrehen (eine Schraube h befindet sich
_ unter der Laufwerk-Steckerplatte, siehe Pfeil h, Abb. 11 und 14)
und das Motor-Halteblech mit dem Motor LW 4.0 (Poneto
motor) hochklappen.
Antriebsriemen LW 18.0 (LW A baw. LW B) abnehmen, even-
tuell nach Pkt. 5 verfahren.
Olfangring LW 21.0 bzw. LW 22.0 der auszubauenden
Schwungscheibe abnehmen und die Seruuagecnepe nach
hinten herausziehen.
_Achten Sie beim Aus- und Einbau auf dic Scheibe LW 20.0.
Ist die neue Schwungscheibe eingebaut und der Olfangring
Uber die Tonwelle geschoben, muB die Tonwelle (Capstan) mit
Spiritus oder Testbenzin gereinigt werden.

Push the cassette frame (cassette eject fever) LW 6.1 (Fig. 13)
in the direction of the motor terminals (arrow
, LW 4.0,)
capstan motor until the cassette frame LW 43.0 opens.
Undo screw j, disengage the catch k (arrow (2) ) and remove
the black cover plate.
Press the two ends of the brake lever LW 11.0 together and un-
screw the two motor fastening screws o below the two legs,
(Fig. 15).
Shift cautiously drive mechanism connector board away and
take out the motor backwards.

Replace the winding motor LW 2.2, (the intermediate part and
the pinion of the new motor are pre-assembled ).

~Remove the cabinet, Point 1
Disconnect the leads to drive mechanism A or B, point 3 m or
3n.
Diassemble the drive mechanism A or B, point 4.
Release fished joint f and lift off the drive mechanism socket
board (drive mechanism A or B) from the holders g and the
fished joint f.
Remove the cable clamp LW 10. 0. inaiechariem B only) and
pull off the head connector LW B from the motor fixing plate
Loosen three screws h - with one screw h being located below
the drive mechanism connector board (see arrow Fig. 11 and
14) - and raise the motor fixing plate with the motor LW 4.0
(capstan motor). |
Remove drive belt LW 18 (rive mechanism Aor rB) as dstenbad
under point 5.
.
Pull out the oil stop disk LW 21.0. or LW: 29. 0 to the drive
mechanism A or B and pull out the flywheel to the back.
Take care of the washer LW 20.0.
After having fitted the new flywheel and the ol on disk
on the capstan, the capstan must be cleaned with spirit or
benzene.
